Return & Refund Policy

At xiaozhupipishimolanhen Solutions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction. Some banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your purchase and refund request. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve it promptly.
